WebChat Counselling services are also available, offering the chance to connect one-on-one, real time, with a Kids Helpline counsellor, over the web. Because a lot of young people use web counselling, there is often a wait time before a counsellor is available.
Email counselling is also offered to those who can’t get to a phone or prefer to write things down. A counsellor will read your email carefully and reply with info, questions and suggestions for you.
